I'm a self taught cook that began baking properly a few years ago, I enjoy sharing so people around me never go hungry, I think I'm probably a bit of a 'feeder' but no-one has ever complained. My greatest fan & recipient being my full-bellied but constantly hungry teenager.
Experience has taught me that a little laughter goes a very long way & to live my life without worrying - it really doesn't solve anything & it makes poor cakes, fact!
